Kleen Detergents needed a true-to-scale mockup of a new bottle design to send to their manufacturing factory before committing to a mold. We printed it at 298mm, its actual intended size, in PLA for sharp, accurate geometry — they ordered a second one within days, and left us a five-star Google review off the back of it.

Refreshi — South Africa's food rescue app — needed a batch of branded keychains for a Saturday handover, asked on the Wednesday. We didn't stock their exact teal, and close enough isn't good enough on a branded item, so we ordered the right filament on same-day delivery and started the run that evening. Multi-colour PLA, a full bed per run, the whole batch identical.

The corners an extrusion can't turn.
Ornate Signs were building two large illuminated ceiling frames and needed softly radiused corners — geometry straight aluminium extrusion simply can't produce. We printed the eight corners in white PETG, matched to the extrusion's exact profile, so they could be bonded in and sprayed as one assembly. In the finished ceiling you can't tell which parts came off a printer.
